ABOUT COLLEGE ADVISING CORPS
With a bold goal of enrolling 1 million low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented high school students in college by 2025, we are excited to have you join our team!
As the largest college access nonprofit in the country, College Advising Corps (CAC) is devoted to giving every student the opportunities that college offers. We focus on college enrollment and completion among low-income, first-generation-college and underrepresented high school students by delivering personalized, knowledgeable guidance on college admission, financial aid, and enrollment.
We do this through two innovative program models:
Advisers become part of their school community, collaborate with teachers and administrators, devise creative approaches to reach and connect with students and families, and play an integral role in changing the lives of the students they serve.
As a data-driven learning organization, CAC is committed to rigorously evaluating the impact of several innovative pilot projects. The Project Evaluation Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Evaluation to enhance our organization’s ability to collect, manage, analyze, and interpret data to improve student outcomes, program operations, and organizational efficiency. The Project Evaluation Coordinator will ensure that project evaluations are implemented with fidelity and that all relevant internal and external stakeholders are informed of and positioned to act on key findings. Responsibilities include collecting and managing data, performing data-cleaning operations, conducting descriptive analyses, and creating reports and dashboards for internal and external audiences to summarize key findings and suggest next steps from evaluation studies.
